SalesQuotationTable	Added new tab 'E-commerce' with comments and promotion fields.
SalesTable	Added new tab 'E-commerce' with comments and promotion fields.
AddressCountryRegion	Added two new fields 'Visible in webshop' and 'Customer template'.
InventTable	Added new field 'Visible in webshop' and new menu item 'Related items'.
