Install Sana Commerce Webshop on Web and Database Server

To keep the production server secure, Sana Commerce requires that Windows user should be created. This is necessary to limit the rights of the users.

The web user, who runs the Sana Commerce backoffice and frontend, should be created on the web server.

From now on this user will be referred to as SC_Webuser. Both local or domain user can be used.
