Create AX User

Create the AX user who will be used to connect to Microsoft Dynamics AX (this is a user which was earlier created in the 'Create Domain Accounts' step):

Step 1: Open Microsoft Dynamics AX client.

Step 2: Go to: Administration -> Common Forms -> Users.

Step 3: Create the AX user. When the user is created check the 'Enabled' checkbox to allow the user access to Microsoft Dynamics AX:

Creating AX User

Make sure that you assigned the SC_AxUser to the correct company. This is a company account that a user can access.

Step 4: Under the 'Groups' tab assign the appropriate group to the user. Each group has a set of permissions determining which menus, forms, reports, and tables a user can access. To see what permissions a certain group has, select a group and click on 'Permissions'. This way you can also manage the group permissions. This means that by creating users and assigning the appropriate groups, you establish who can access Microsoft Dynamics AX and what permissions users have.

This group must have a set of permissions which is necessary to be able to work with the Sana Commerce solution, for example 'Sales representative'. You can assign several groups to the user. A user must have enough permissions to manage products catalog (products, item groups, product variants, related products), sales order and quotations, customers:
