Introduction

Sana Commerce Mobile allows sales agents to take orders either real-time or in offline mode. The app is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX.

The app combines 'classic' catalog browsing and ordering with the possibility of quick ordering through the order lists.

Inventory, stock indication and customer specific prices are available. 

Prospects can be created. Quotes can be created for prospects, pending orders and order history can be accessed from within the app.

Sales agents can represent their customers, which allows to place orders for their customers and to check their order history and status.

Sana Commerce Mobile app also supports sorting of products catalog. The products can be sorted, for example by product ID, title and price, on the product list and quick order pages. The sorting is available under the tab bar. To be able to use sorting the sortable fields should be added to the search index fields in the search settings of the Sana Commerce backoffice. For more information about how to add sortable fields to the search index, see 'Search'.

The Sana Commerce backoffice is extended with the options to manage Sana Commerce Mobile app content (banners, product images), settings, registered devices and product sets required for the order lists.
