Countries

In the Sana Commerce webshop there are three places where a country should be selected:

  • Creating a new account - when a new B2C customer registers in the webshop online.
  • Create a prospect order - when a sales agent places an order on behalf of a prospect customer.
  • Enter your shipping address - on the 2nd checkout step 'Billing / shipping' a customer can enter a shipping address.

Availability of countries that are shown in the webshop can be configured in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Use the 'Countries/Regions' table in NAV to configure the list of countries that should be shown in the webshop: Administration > Application Setup > General > Countries/Regions:


Countries/Regions

For all countries that should be available in the webshop select the 'Visible in Webshop' check box. For the correct functioning of the new customer registration and prospect functionality you should also specify the customer templates for each visible in webshop country.
