Management of all webshop icons:

All webshop icons, like shopping basket, stock, search, image zooming, arrow, delete and close, warning and error icons can be easily changed in the Sana Commerce backoffice via File explorer.

In the File explorer the default stock icons are stored at the following location: files/images/icons.
The stock icons as well as their alt texts can be changed per language in the catalog settings under the 'Pricing, ordering and stock presentation' section. For more information, see 'Catalog'. The stock icons can be also managed via Frontend editor. When you change the stock icons in the catalog settings or via Frontend editor they are saved as Sana texts. Therefore, the default icons in the 'icons' folder will not be deleted and they will be automatically restored if you delete the custom stock icons added as Sana texts.

All other icons available in the webshop are stored in the File explorer at the following location: files/images/interface. Using the File explorer you can change any of the webshop icons. To change the webshop icons you need to create the new icons and in the File explorer put them to: files/images/interface.

Webshop icons requirements:

  • The file name of the icon should be the same as the default one has.
  • The extension of the icon image file should be the same as the default one has.
  • It is recommended to create a new icon of the same size as the default one has not to break the design.

For more information about File explorer configuration, see 'Configure File Explorer'.
