Install Sana Add-on in AX Environment

While preparing Microsoft Dynamics AX server environment the AX user was created. The appropriate group with a set of permissions was also assigned to the AX user. For more information, see 'Create AX User'.

After you have imported the Sana Commerce project to the Microsoft Dynamics AX administration, the Sana Commerce tables appear in the list of user permissions. Therefore you should give the AX user access to the Sana Commerce tables.

To give the AX user access to the Sana Commerce tables:

Step 1: Open Microsoft Dynamics AX client and go to: Administration -> Common Forms -> Users.

Step 2: Select the AX user and switch to the 'Groups' tab.

Step 3: Under the 'Groups' tab assign the 'SANA' group to the AX user.

Step 4: Make sure that the 'Basic', 'Business Connector', 'Inventory management', 'Sana Commerce daily' and 'Sana Commerce tables' security keys are enabled for the SANA user group.
