Items Management



To create a catalog of products to be shown in the webshop, Sana Commerce uses the items functionality in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
 
Items can be made visible or invisible in the webshop. To make an item visible or invisible:
 
Step 1: In Microsoft Dynamics NAV click: Sales & Marketing > Inventory & Pricing > Items.
 
Step 2: Open an item card and check if the check box Blocked under the General FastTab is not selected.
 
Step 3: Under the E-Commerce FastTab use the Visible in webshop check box to make an item visible or invisible in the webshop.
 

Make an Item Visible in Webshop 
 
If you use Microsoft Dynamics NAV with the Pebblestone Fashion add-on, you should open the Fashion FastTab and set the item status in the Item Status field in order to change the item availability in the webshop.
