Sana Easy Access

The Sana easy access user menu in SAP is the user-specific point of entry into the Sana add-on for the SAP system.

To open the user menu of the Sana add-on in SAP, call the transaction /n/sanaecom/webstore.

From the Sana initial screen in SAP (Sana Web Store Configuration) you can access:

  • Admin tables of the Sana add-on - there you can set up the core Sana settings, like sales area for the Sana web store, ordering process, pricing calculations, inventory, languages, countries, currencies, etc. Usually, this is onetime configuration which is performed right after you install the Sana add-on inside SAP. All Sana admin tables and fields marked with the asterisk character (*) are mandatory and should be configured for the correct functioning of the Sana web store.

The Sana admin tables can be also opened by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/a_tables.

  • User tables of the Sana add-on - there you can set up catalog and customer data for the Sana web store.

The Sana user tables can be also opened by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/u_tables.

  • Data upload - export and import catalog data using a CSV file.

The Sana Data Upload window can be also opened by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/dataupload.

  • Filter - Catalog filters in SAP are used to filter materials. This means that only those materials which meet the filter criteria will be indexed by Sana and shown in the Sana web store.

Catalog filter can be also opened by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/filter.

  • Validate - Data validation rules are used to set up Sana specific validation rules in addition to the standard SAP data validation.

Data validation rules can be opened by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/valiate.

  • Catalog - The Webshop Catalog Overview table in SAP simulates the web store behavior and it is used to check and see an overview of all material prices, stock, units of measure, last modified date of a product, products orderability and visibility. There you can also control visibility of materials in the Sana web store.

Webshop catalog overview can be opened by calling the transaction /n/sanaecom/catalog.

  • Help - Sana user manual for SAP (opens Sana online help).

The 'SAP transactions' document provides the list of Sana tables in SAP and transactions which can help you set up a Sana web store and create, distribute, and maintain complete and accurate master data in SAP.
