Order History

Sana is the ERP integrated e-commerce solution, thus all orders and sales documents are stored in the ERP system and can be seen by the customers directly from a Sana web store.

A customer can check his or her order history from the My account page. There a customer can see all orders placed by him or her and check the order details. From the Order history page a customer can search for the order by the order number and filter all orders by date.

From the Sana web store a customer can create a quote or place an order depending on the web store configuration. Therefore, there are two separate pages for orders and quotes history.

Order history presentation differs for different types of customers.

A B2C customer can see all his or her orders and quotes and their details.

Unlike B2C customers, business customers (B2B) can see not only sales orders and quotes, but also other sales documents and their details retrieved from the ERP system, like posted invoices, shipments, return receipts and credit notes.

Sales agents can also see different sales documents and their details just like business customers. When a sales agent does not represent any business customer he or she can see all orders placed on behalf of all assigned customers. When a sales agent represents a customer only sales orders placed on behalf of this customer are shown.

Sana Commerce delivers support of different shop account roles and authorization procedure to meet your individual business requirements and convert the manual process of orders approval into fast and efficient automated process.

Those customers who are set as authorizers, meaning that they can approve and decline orders placed by other sub-accounts, have additional order history page, called Authorization history.

On the Authorization history page the authorizers can see all approved, declined and pending orders placed by the associated sub-accounts. From this page an authorizer can see how many orders still need to be approved, and approve or decline pending orders.

For more information about authorization procedure, see 'Shop Account Roles'.
