Dotmailer is available as an add-on for Sana. Only registered Sana partners can download it from our Sana Community. If you are a customer and you want to use this add-on, please contact your Sana partner or Sana project manager.

Dotmailer allows you to send marketing e-mails, automated messages, and targeted campaigns. Dotmailer's robust marketing automation makes sure your e-mails get to the right people at the right time. Our integration between Sana and dotmailer allows to send e-mails to the target customers based on their behavior, preferences, and sales order history.

 NOTE

Sana is integrated with dotmailer using the API version 2.0, both REST and SOAP. All API requests from Sana to dotmailer can be made via HTTP or HTTPS. Dotmailer servers use SHA-256 certificates, and support TLS v1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. For more information about dotmailer API, see 'Getting started with the API' on the dotmailer web site.
