Configure Website Properties

Here is the description of the website properties which you can change in order to customize the website information:

Property Description Source
Name The name of the webshop. It is used for the title in the browser.
It is also used as the value for the 'SHOPNAME' variable in the 'Forgot password', 'Change password' and 'Order confirmation' e-mail templates in the backoffice (for more information about configuring the e-mail templates please read this chapter) .		 Sana text 'General_ShopName'
Phone number The phone of the webshop. It is used as the value for the 'SHOPPHONE' variable in the Sana texts with the 'Mail_OrderConfirmation' e-mail group code. Sana text 'General_ShopPhone'
Email address The e-mail address of the webshop. It is used for the 'From e-mail address*' option. It is also used as the value for the 'SHOPEMAIL' variable in the 'Mail_OrderConfirmation' e-mail group codes of the Sana texts. 'From e-mail address*' option on the 'Site configuration' page in the backoffice (follow this link for more information)
Icon The icon of the websshop which is displayed near the webshop URL in the browser. If the multi-site configuration is used, for all webshop the same icon is used. The icon 'favicon.ico' which is stored in the 'Sana.Commerce.StarterSite' folder of the Sana Commerce SDK archive
