Login Validations

Accounts for the webshop are managed in the shop account card. There are a number of login validations in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV) when a customer or Sales Agent wants to login to the frontend. The following fields are checked when logging in:
  • If the 'Activated' check box in the Shop Account window is marked;
  • The presence of a relation with a contact (see also 'Linking a Customer to a Sales Agent' below);
  • If the 'Blocked' check box in the 'Customer' window is unmarked.
