Software Requirements

Microsoft Dynamics AX server environment must meet the software requirements that are listed in the following table:

Operating system	Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition, Web Edition, or Datacenter Edition -or- Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition, Web Edition, or Datacenter Edition, with Service Pack 2	Only 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2008 are supported.
Internet Information Services (IIS)	IIS 7.0 or 7.5
.Net Framework	.Net Framework 4.0 with the hotfix from Knowledge Base article number 2390372	.Net Framework 4.0 can be downloaded here
