Import URL Redirects

Introduction

    Import URL redirects is available as an add-on. Only registered Sana partners can download it from our Sana Community. If you are a customer and you want to use this add-on, please contact your Sana partner or Sana project manager.

A URL redirect is an internet link which redirects users to the desired content. A user can create URL redirects in Sana Admin. In Sana, URL redirects are used to create the alias-based short URLs. For more information, see 'URL Redirects' on the Sana help site.

Import URL redirects is an add-on which can be installed inside Sana, and it is used to import URL redirects into Sana from a CSV file. It can be useful, if you need to set up a large number of URL redirects. There might be the case also that you want to upgrade Sana from the old version, which has another structure of URLs than the new version of Sana, and you want to make sure that old URLs keep working, since they are indexed by search engines.
