Open 'Prepare AX Server Environment' wizard, choose your AX version and service to see more information.

Firewall Settings Requirements

The following firewall settings are required:

Communication between Notes
Web server and AX server
  • The firewall should be opened between the web server and AX server for HTTP / HTTPS traffic on the port number as configured during the installation.
    HTTP or HTTPS depends on the selected communication protocol during the installation.
  • Note that when co-located hosting is used the firewalls on both sides should be configured.
  • Contact your Sana Commerce Partner to determine which party is hosting the AX server.
