Software Requirements for AX Server

Microsoft Dynamics AX server environment must meet the software requirements that are listed in the following table:

Operating system	Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition, Web Edition, or Datacenter Edition -or- Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition, Web Edition, or Datacenter Edition. SP 2 for Windows Server 2008 is supported but not required. -or- Windows Server 2003 with SP 2, Standard Edition, Web Edition, Enterprise Edition, or Datacenter Edition	Both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems are supported
Internet Information Services (IIS)	IIS 6, 7.0 or 7.5
.Net Framework	.Net Framework 4.0	can be downloaded here
Application Object Server
Microsoft Dynamics AX client
.NET Business Connector
Web services	To secure data communications between Sana and Microsoft Dynamics AX using SSL, the server which hosts the Microsoft Dynamics AX Web service must support TLS 1.2. The Microsoft Dynamics AX Web service must run over HTTPS.
