Prepare GP Environment

GP Components

Microsoft Dynamics GP and Service Based Architecture must be installed. Sana does not provide installation manual for Microsoft Dynamics GP as installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics GP is a responsibility of the implementation company and we assume that it is already installed.

Make sure that three Microsoft Dynamics GP services listed below are available and running:

  • GP Dexterity Service - DEFAULT
  • GP Dexterity Service Control
  • GP Service

This can be checked in the Windows Services console. These services are required to connect Sana to Microsoft Dynamics GP.

If Microsoft Dynamics GP is not installed yet, refer to the official Microsoft documentation.
