Install Sana into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Depending on the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, additional Microsoft licenses may be required to run Sana Commerce.

For communication between Sana and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a full user licensed with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central subscription is required. This user must be specified in the ERP connection settings in Sana Admin. You cannot create a user directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You must first create it in the Office 365 Admin Center. For more information about how to create a user in Office 365, see "Add users individually or in bulk to Office 365 - Admin Help".

Then, you will be able to manage this user in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You must assign the permissions sets "SC - SANA APP" and "D365 BUS FULL ACCESS" to the user in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The "SC - SANA APP" permission set is a part of the Sana extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Therefore, it will be available after you install the Sana extension into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
