NOTE

Docdata was acquired by CM Payments. Therefore, the Docdata payment service provider is now a part of CM Payments.

The Docdata payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons.

It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.

Docdata is an international online payment provider which offers a payment service that is the solution to secure and easy payments. Docdata Payments ensures that your customers' online payments are processed securely, quickly and correctly. This means that the entire payment process is taken out of your hands, from the point where your customer places an order in your online shop, to the moment the payments are processed in your financial records.

NOTE

Sana supports the following payment methods for Docdata payment provider: iDeal, MasterCard, Visa. You are free to use any other payment methods of Docdata, besides those supported by Sana, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of Docdata that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.
