Introduction

The Sana Mobile iPad App allows sales agents to take orders either real-time or in offline mode. The app is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX.


The Sana Mobile iPad App (the 'Shop' Tab)

The app combines 'classic' catalog browsing and ordering with the possibility of quick ordering through the order lists.

Inventory, stock indication and customer specific prices are available. 

Prospects can be created. Quotes can be created for prospects, pending orders and order history can be accessed from within the app.

Sales agents can represent their customers, which allows to place orders for their customers and to check their order history and status.

The Sana Commerce backoffice is extended with the options to manage the Sana Mobile iPad App content (banners, product images), settings, registered devices and product sets required for the order lists.
