Set up SAP User

In SAP Business One you need to create a user that will be used for Web services authentication. The credentials of this user will be needed when you proceed to the next article.

Step 1: Click: Administration > Setup > General > Users.

Step 2: Create a user (e.g. Sapuser).

Step 3: Select Password Never Expires and click Add.

    There is no need to assign/purchase any license components for this user account, as it communicates directly via DI-Server, which should be already licensed.
