Language Setup Assign languages in SAP Business One to the Windows Locale IDs. You need to add Windows Locale IDs to the languages that are used in your web store. This is needed to show product titles, product descriptions, item group names, unit of measure names in different languages from SAP in the web store.

For more information, see 'Languages'.

Countries Setup Set value of the 'Visible in Web Store' field to 'Y' for all countries that should be available in the web store. Countries that are set as visible in web store are used for online customer registration, custom shipping address and prospect orders.

Online customer registration and prospect orders also require the customer template for each visible in web store country. Use business partner master data to create template customers with predefined data.

For more information, see 'Countries'.

Currencies Setup Set value of the 'Visible in Web Store' field to 'Y' for all currencies that will be used in the web store. If a currency is set as visible in web store, a customer will see prices in the currency set in the business partner master data.

For more information, see 'Currencies'.

Units of Measure Setup Manage units of measure in which the items will be sold in the web store. Each unit of measure can be made visible/invisible in the web store. To set up unit of measure visibility, right-click on the row number and select 'Set visible as true/false on web store'. If visibility is set to false, the unit of measure will not be used in the web store.

For more information, see 'Units of Measure'.

Item Groups Setup Item groups are used to classify items into groups that describe the nature of an item. Use the 'Visible in Web Store' check box to make item groups visible/invisible in the web store.

For more information, see 'Item Groups'.

Update Items Visibility Update visibility of all items in the web store. All items are validated by the rules of orderability configured in the 'Data Validation Rules' window. Those items that satisfy the orderability criteria are automatically made visible in the web store.

For more information, see 'Items Management'.

If all the necessary configurations are done, then your web store is ready for trading.

If the products catalog is ready and items are set to Visible in Web Store, then update the web store index by running the Product import task in Sana Admin. For more information, see 'Product import'.
