1. Description of Services

Hosting of the Sana Commerce solution is included in the Sana Commerce license. Our team of hosting experts provide quick deployment, connecting the Sana Commerce solution to the Internet and, more importantly, to your ERP system. In addition, our team professionally manages and maintains the hosting environment 24/7.

  • There are two types of the hosting services that we provide depending on your Sana Commerce license: Standard and Enterprise.
  • Once you reach the hosting capacity of your license package, Sana Commerce will contact you to upgrade to another package or help you reduce your usage.
  • Exceeding the number of products and / or visitors per month will be considered overuse and you will need to move to a different package.
  • Usage calculations are based on the sum of all products and / or visitors from all your webstores in your environment.

While providing hosting services for the Sana Commerce solution, Sana Commerce is responsible for operation and maintenance of the hosting environment, including the services described in the table below. Sana Commerce hosting is based on the Microsoft Azure services along with our own services.

The total number of products which is allowed by the Sana Commerce license. This is the sum of all products in a single Sana Commerce installation which may consist of several webstores.

Number of monthly visitors

The total number of monthly visitors which is allowed by the Sana Commerce license. This is the sum of all monthly visitors in a single Sana Commerce installation which may consist of several webstores. A visitor is counted when at least one visit was made during a day (page, API call or other request). Multiple visits per day of a unique visitor counts as 1 visitor per month.

24/7 monitoring

We make sure your webstore is running fast, secure and stable. Every Sana Commerce installation is automatically checked on the following aspects every five minutes: uptime, response time, data storage, processor and memory usage. If a problem occurs, a notification will be sent to the 24/7 Sana Hosting Team which will investigate and fix the problem.

24/7 hosting support

Sana Commerce availability is automatically checked by a system that connects to it on the web server. If the Sana Commerce application does not respond, a notification is sent to the 24/7 Sana Hosting Team who will respond immediately to resolve the issue. As a customer, you will also have direct access to the 24/7 Sana Hosting Team to report issues.

Setup in Microsoft Azure datacenter closest to your ERP installation

Sana always tries to provide the lowest latency between your ERP and webstore by installing your webstores as close as possible to your ERP system based on the available locations in Microsoft Azure. This helps provide your customers with the best shopping experience.

24/7 security monitoring and security management

Keep your Sana webstores secure, your visitors safe and your business growing is our priority. Sana provides protection against potential unauthorized (brute force) login attempts, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, viruses, hackers, and identity thieves via intrusion detection solutions and firewalls. Major Microsoft Windows security updates are installed automatically every Sunday night. After installing security updates, the server automatically restarts, and the new security updates become active.  The updates are monitored and if there are any problems, a notification will be sent to the 24/7 Sana Hosting Team who will respond immediately to resolve the issue.

PCI DSS compliancy

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements intended to ensure that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Sana is PCI DSS compliant.

Our dedicated Sana Hosting Team is available 24/7 to prioritize hosting issues without delay. If you are a Priority Support member, your hosting requests will be placed at the top of the queue and our expert will answer your questions as a matter of priority.
