Impossible to Upload Images in Backoffice

If you have problems with uploading the images on the theme configuration page in backoffice, make sure that the user, which runs the application pool for the backoffice, has the 'write' permissions on the folder which is specified for storing themes. The 'Themes' folder is specified in the backoffice 'web.config' file in the <appSettings> configuration section:
