Known Limitations

The following table provides the information about known limitations for the tested browsers:

Browser Limitation
Internet Explorer 9
  • Frontend editor does not work if the <iframe> element is present on the page.
  • Hover left menu background color is not working.
  • When copying and pasting a link or an image with a relative path in the HTML editor, the browser automatically converts the path to absolute. This is a known Telerik bug. More information can be found here.
  • When you insert a big image into the HTML editor and select it, the size controls are visible outside the HTML editor area. This leads to overlaying of the HTML editor toolbar and buttons are not active. A button can be activated by double-click. This is a known browser behavior. More information can be found here.
  • When the image file name is too long the 'Insert' and 'Cancel' buttons in the Image Manager are hidden in the 'Preview' mode.
  • When you edit Sana text from the pop-up window in the Frontend Editor (e.g. when you are not logged in and try to open a wish list the pop-up window is shown), blank space appears at the bottom of the webshop.
  • The scroll bar is not available in the Server Explorer 'Upload' window.

  • CSS3 is not supported in Internet Explorer 8.

  • When you use the keyboard button 'Down' in the Image/Document Manager instead of the mouse to move between the files, blank space is shown at the bottom of the Image/Document Manager.

Safari 5, 5.1
  • When you copy the content from the HTML editor and past it again in it, the content is inserted incorrectly with additional HTML formatting. More information can be found here.
