Known Limitations

Sana Commerce supports several Web browsers. There are some known Web browser limitations that are not supported by few Web browsers.

For a list of the supported Web browsers and versions, see 'Supported Browsers'.

The table below describes limitations and known issues with the supported Web browsers. Notice, that for those Web browsers which are supported by Sana Commerce and are not listed in this table, there are no known issues.

Browser Limitation
Internet Explorer 11
  • There is a bug in the browser definition files that shipped with Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and 4.0. Internet Explorer 11 is not detected correctly which causes problems with ASP.NET controls. Thus, make sure that Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is installed on your Web server.
    If you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed on the Web server and for some reasons you cannot install 4.5, there is a hotfix that can be installed.
