Enable Desktop Interaction for the World Wide Web Publishing Service

Step 1: Go to the following location to open the services snap-in: Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.

Step 2: Right-click on the 'World Wide Web Publishing Service' and select 'Properties'.

Step 3: Move to the 'Log On' tab, then check the 'Allow service to interact with desktop' checkbox and click 'OK'.

Desktop interaction for the World Wide Web Publishing Service is now enabled.
