Sana Express License

Sana Express is a hosted and fully integrated webstore for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is aimed at smaller and starting businesses.

The Sana Express license can be generated only by administrators and Sana partner account managers (PAM).

License checks:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 The allowed number of Microsoft Dynamics NAV users is 5.
The Sana Commerce Express license checks the amount of users in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. If the number of Microsoft Dynamics NAV users exceeds 5, the Sana Commerce backoffice and frontend will through an error.		 The allowed number of Microsoft Dynamics NAV users is 10.
The Sana Commerce Express license checks the amount of users in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. If the number of Microsoft Dynamics NAV users exceeds 10, the Sana Commerce backoffice and frontend will through an error.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 and lower The allowed number of shop accounts is 250.
The Sana Commerce Express license checks the amount of shop accounts. If the number of shop accounts exceeds 250, the warning message will be shown in the Sana Commerce backoffice on the shop accounts overview page. In this case a new B2C customer will not be able to register in the webstore.		 The unlimited number of shop accounts.

Sana Express limitations:

The following features of the standard Sana Commerce solution are not available in Sana Express:

  • Online payments for B2B customers
  • Units of measure
  • Discount codes
  • Customer assortment
  • Create prospect
