Dotmailer API User

Dotmailer is a paid service which also provides a 14-day free trial. To be able to integrate Sana with dotmailer, you should have a dotmailer account. For more information, see 'Dotmailer Core Pricing'.

Step 1: Log in to dotmailer with your account: https://www.dotmailer.com/.

Step 2: In the top right corner, click Access.

Step 3: On the API users tab, see the email of the API user. If there is no API user, you should create it. You will be asked to enter the password for the API user.

You will need to enter the email and password of the dotmailer API user in the dotmailer settings in Sana Admin.
