Introduction

 NOTE

The Sage Pay payment provider is available as an add-on. Only registered Sana partners can download it from our Sana Community. If you are a customer and you want to use this add-on, please contact your Sana partner or Sana project manager.

Sage Pay is a payment gateway that provides customers with a possibility to choose how they want to pay for purchases made in the web store.

Sage Pay allows merchants to make purchases via the Sage Pay payment system, by redirecting a customer to the Sage Pay payment page.

Sage Pay offers online shopkeepers an online cash register with a broad range of national and international online payment methods. Thanks to its wide variety of payment methods, Sage Pay Payment Services offer a suitable solution for any online store. The Sage Pay add-on for Sana does not support the local European payment methods.

 NOTE

When requesting the Sage Pay account, it is recommended to use an account which supports the hosted payment page redirection (Form integration). A merchant should buy the Sage Pay account with the same currency which is used in the Sana web store.


 NOTE

Sage Pay has four types of integration: "Form integration", "Server integration", "Server Inframe integration" and "Direct integration". Sana is integrated with Sage Pay using the "Form integration" option. For more information, see "Sage Pay Integration Kits & Protocols".
