4. Disruptions

Sana hosting services include solutions for disruptions that may occur in the hosting services. No additional fees are charged for this service. Disruptions are defined as the loss of server accessibility.

If the application is accessible but does not perform to the customer's satisfaction, this will not be considered a disruption. The customer will, however, have the option to (temporarily) upgrade the hosting contract for higher performance. The additional cost for this upgrade will be charged to the customer.
