The MailChimp e-mail service provider is available as an add-on. Only registered Sana partners can download it from our Sana Community. If you are a customer and you want to use this add-on, please contact your Sana partner or Sana project manager.

MailChimp is an e-mail marketing solution, which allows you to send marketing e-mails, automated messages, and targeted campaigns. MailChimp's robust marketing automation makes sure your e-mails get to the right people at the right time. Our integration between Sana and MailChimp allows to send e-mails to the target customers based on their behavior, preferences, and sales order history.

MailChimp is based on three main tasks of e-mail marketing: manage subscriber lists, build e-mail campaigns, and review campaign reports. Using this add-on, you can import your customers to MailChimp to further build e-mail marketing campaigns.

Using MailChimp you can keep your customers up to date about different news or promotional campaigns, their purchases or new products they might like. Together with customer segments you can show your most profitable customers how deeply you appreciate their business and confidence by sending them personalized e-mails.
