Introduction

 NOTE

The ChargeLogic Connect payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons.

It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.


 NOTE

Since June 1, 2018 ChargeLogic does not support TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Thus, to use ChargeLogic, the Web server where Sana is installed must support TLS 1.2.


 NOTE

ChargeLogic Connect integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV does not support online invoice payments from the Sana web store. This means that customers cannot pay their invoices from the Sana web store through the ChargeLogic Connect payment gateway, but only sales orders during checkout.

ChargeLogic Connect payment provider enables the merchants to make purchases via the ChargeLogic Connect account. The ChargeLogic Connect payment provider supports credit card payments only.

Sana Commerce uses the ChargeLogic Connect hosted payment window to process secure transactions through the payment gateway where the cardholders may enter their account information. Thus, the cardholders' account data passes directly to ChargeLogic Connect and bypasses the merchant's application.

 NOTE

Sana supports the following payment methods for ChargeLogic Connect payment provider: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. You are free to use any other payment methods of ChargeLogic Connect, besides those supported by Sana, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of ChargeLogic Connect that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.
