DIBS

 NOTE

Starting from November 2020, DIBS does not accept any new customers on the FlexWin payment gateway. Therefore, only existing FlexWin users can continue using this payment add-on. DIBS has announced that this integration method will be deprecated in April 2022.

 NOTE

The DIBS payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons.

It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.

 NOTE

Sana supports the following payment methods for DIBS payment provider: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX (Using D2 platform)). You are free to use any other payment methods of DIBS, besides those supported by Sana, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of DIBS that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.
