MercadoPago

Requested page is not in the ERP connector filter.

 NOTE

The MercadoPago payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons.

It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.

 NOTE

Due to MercadoPago limitations, Sana does not send shipping cost or discount to MercadoPago. Instead, Sana sends an extra dummy item to match the total price. It is used to fix the issue which occurs in MercadoPago, when calculating the total price.

 NOTE

We have tested the MercadoPago payment provider in the following scenarios:

• Card payment type: the MercadoPago payment provider was tested with Visa and MasterCard payment methods for Mexico and Chile countries.
• Cash payment type: the MercadoPago payment provider was tested for Mexico and Chile countries. Only 7-Eleven and Oxxo payment types were tested for Mexico; only Servipag payment type was tested for Chile.

The payment methods mentioned in the scenarios above are supported by MercadoPago. You are free to use any other payment methods of MercadoPago besides those supported by Sana, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of MercadoPago that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.

Pay through bank deposit, Pay through bank transfer and 3D Security features were not tested since these features are not supported on the MercadoPago test environment.
