NOTE

The PayPal Payflow Link payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons.

It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.

PayPal Payflow Link payment provider enables your customers to use credit cards for payments. The credit card transactions are processed by PayPal Payflow payment gateway.

Although Payflow is provided by PayPal, it does not enable your customers to pay via their PayPal account. If you want your customers to be able to pay via their PayPal account, you need to use the PayPal Express Checkout payment provider.

It is possible to enable both payment providers side by side.

NOTE

Sana supports the AMEX payment method for PayPal Payflow Link payment provider. You are free to use any other payment methods of PayPal Payflow Link besides the one supported by Sana, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of PayPal Payflow Link that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.
