Sales Orders

You can view basic order information, for example in order to search for a certain order.

The 'Sales orders' options are available only for the Sana Commerce - SQL Provider, because when the Sana Commerce - NAV Connector is used, this data can be viewed directly in NAV.

The 'Sales orders' can be opened in the backoffice in the 'Sales' module.

The order search can be performed on the orders from the webshop, which is chosen in multi-shop dropdown list.

The filters can be applied to the 'Order No.' field (by inserting the order number), the 'Bill to name' field (by inserting the name of the customer) or the 'Order date' field (by inserting the From - To dates).

Click the

button to apply the filter. Clear all filters by clicking the

button.

This information is also presented in the 'Order' mail which is sent to the customer.
