Prospect Order

Configure the Prospect Functionality in AX

In order to make the 'Prospect order' module work correctly, a 'Customer Template' has to be selected for at least one country in Microsoft Dynamics AX. In this case, this country will be available in the 'Country' dropdown on the 'Create Prospect' and 'Billing/Shipping' pages.

To set a 'Customer Template':

Step 1: Open the AX client.

Step 2: Go to: Basic -> Setup -> Country/region.

Step 3: Select a 'Customer Template' for each country that has to be available for a Prospect:
