App Settings

The settings of the Sana Mobile iPad App can be edited in the general app Settings of the iPad. The general app Settings contain a Sana Mobile section, where the settings for the Sana Mobile iPad App are located:


Sana Mobile Settings

The following settings are available:

Application
These settings control the behaviour of the app:

Setting Description
Login Automatically When this setting is enabled and the user has logged in before, the user will be logged in automatically when the app is launched.
Enable Price and Stock When this setting is disabled, product prices and stock are not shown.
Prefer Offline Mode When this setting is enabled, the application will always use local catalog data, even when an Internet connection is available. This will improve performance, but some features of the app will not be available in Offline Mode.

Web Service
These settings control the connection to the webshop:

Setting Description
URL The URL of the Sana Commerce web service to which the app connects.
User Name The user name that is used to authenticate when the web service or image content is protected by Basic Authentication.
Password The password that is used to authenticate when the web service or image content is protected by Basic Authentication.
