The following firewall settings are required for Sana Commerce to work correctly:

Communication between  Notes
Web server and Payment Service Provider (PSP)
  • The following firewall settings are required when using an external Payment Service Provider (PSP) for handling payments. Outgoing traffic over HTTPS (port 443) should be opened from the web server to the PSP. PSP IP addresses can be found in the PSP documentation.
  • Contact your Sana Commerce Partner to determine which PSP is used.
Web server and AX/ NAV server
  • The firewall should be opened between the web server and AX/ NAV server for HTTP / HTTPS traffic on the port number as configured during the installation.
HTTP or HTTPS depends on the selected communication protocol during the installation.
  • Note that when co-located hosting is used the firewalls on both sides should be configured.
  • Contact your Sana Commerce Partner to determine which party is hosting the AX/ NAV server.
