Close the App


        Sana Mobile app continues to run in the background if you have not closed it fully. When you are finished with the app you will most likely go to the home screen where you can open another app. In this case the app continues to run in the background.

But sometimes it is required to fully close the app. For example, when you want to apply an update to your Sana Mobile app or in case of some problems it is useful to close the app entirely and start it again.

How to close an app in iOS 7:

Step 1: Double-press the device Home button to show the list of all running apps.

Step 2: If several apps are running in the background swipe left or right to find the Sana Mobile app.

Step 3: Swipe the app's preview up to close it.

How to close an app in iOS 6 and earlier:

Step 1: Double-press the device Home button to show the taskbar with the list of all running apps.

Step 2: Tap the Sana Mobile app icon and hold it to make icons wiggle.

Step 3: Tap the red button with the minus sign on the left top corner of the Sana Mobile icon to close the app.

How to close an app in Android:

Step 1: Press and hold the device Home button to show the list of all running apps.

Step 2: If several apps are running in the background swipe up from the bottom to find the Sana Mobile app.

Step 3: Swipe the app's preview to the right to close it.
