Configure Payment Methods

When the Adyen Checkout payment provider is configured in Sana Admin, you need to set up the necessary payment methods supported by Adyen Checkout.

Set up payment methods

Step 1: In Sana Admin click: Setup > Ordering & checkout > Payment methods.

Step 2: On the Payment methods tab create and configure the necessary payment methods.
For more information about how to create and configure payment methods in Sana Admin, see "Payment Methods".

The table below provides description of the Adyen Checkout payment provider specific fields.

Field Description
Allowed methods Enter the payment methods which you are going to use. The following payment methods are available: amex, bcmc, cartebancaire, diners, discover, elo, hipercard, jcb, maestro, mc, visa, ideal, paypal. If multiple payment methods are used, they should be separated by comma ",".

Example: visa,mc,paypal

If you leave this field empty, all available payment methods will be shown to the customers.
Blocked methods You can enter a comma-separated list of the not allowed payment methods in this field.
OneClick payment Shop visitors can store their credit card details in Adyen, which can be used to initiate a one-click payment where the shop visitor only enters the CVC/CVV security code.

If this option is enabled, the Save for my next payment checkbox will be available on the Select payment method checkout step in the Sana web store. In this way, if the customer's credit card data is saved, then the next time a customer creates an order in the Sana web store and pays it through Adyen, he or she can use previously saved credit card information.

If this option is disabled, the Save for my next payment checkbox will not be available on the Select payment method checkout step in the Sana web store. A customer will not be able to save his or her credit card information and will have to enter it manually every time he or she creates the order in the web store and pays it through Adyen.

Test the payment flow to see if everything works fine using the created payment methods.
