Introduction

The MultiSafepay payment provider is available as an add-on. It can be installed from Sana Apps. In Sana Admin click: Apps > Add-ons.

It might happen that you don't have permissions to install Sana Apps, for example if you have a customized project or it was disabled by a web store administrator intentionally. In this case, you need to contact your Sana partner or project manager.

Sana supports the following payment methods for MultiSafepay payment provider: Alipay, Bancontact, Bank transfer, Belfius, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), Direct Debit, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, PayPal, SOFORT, Trustly.

You are free to use any other payment methods provided by MultiSafepay, besides those supported by Sana, but you should test them by yourself beforehand and make sure that everything works as expected. You can use any other payment methods of MultiSafepay that are not listed as supported by Sana at your own risk.
