Catalog and Order Information View

It is possible for a store administrator to view basic order and catalog information, for example in order to search for a certain order or product. 
 
The 'Catalog data' and the 'Order data'' options are available only for the Sana Commerce - SQL Provider, because when the Sana Commerce - NAV Connector is used, this data can be viewed directly in NAV. 
 
The 'Catalog data' and 'Order data' can be opened from the backoffice in the 'Site Management' module.
 
The Catalog search can be performed among the products of the web store, which is chosen in multi-store dropdown list. 
The filters can be applied to the 'Item No.' field (by inserting the ProductId) or the 'Title' field (by inserting the product title). 
Click  button to apply the filter.  Clear all filters by clicking  button.
 
The Catalog Data Overview

The Order search can be performed on the orders from the web store, which is chosen in multi-store dropdown list. 
The filters can be applied to the 'Order No.' field (by inserting the order number), the 'Bill to name' field (by inserting the name of the customer) or the 'Order date' field (by inserting the From - To dates). 
Click   button to apply the filter.  Clear all filters by clicking   button.

This information is also presented in the 'Order' mail which is sent to the customer.
