Item Categories Management

Item categories can be made visible or invisible in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Use the 'Item Categories' table to manage item categories in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

To manage item categories go to: Financial Management -> Inventory -> Setup -> Item Categories:

If you make an item category invisible, items added under this category are still visible, only the item category is made invisible.

Click 'Translations' at the top of the 'Item Categories' table if you need to translate the item category name into different languages.
