Blocked Items

Retail items can be blocked on the Retail Item Card or by item status. If an item is blocked it is still shown in the webshop, but a customer cannot order it. In the webshop instead of the 'Add to basket' button the customer will see 'Not available'.

If an item has variants and it is blocked all item variants will be also blocked.

On the Retail Item Card the item can be blocked under the 'General' FastTab:

The item can be also automatically blocked by its item status starting from a certain date. At the top of the Retail Item Card click on Related Information > Item > Item Status:
