3. Obligations

3.1 Sana Commerce

  • Sana Commerce is responsible for the operation, monitoring and maintenance of the hosting environment, according to the service descriptions of this document.
  • Sana Commerce ensures 24/7 availability of an English-speaking system administrator.

3.2 Customer

  • The customer is responsible for reporting disruptions by telephone using the telephone number provided.
  • The customer is responsible for having at least one knowledgeable employee (completed the Sana University training) to report support tickets.
  • The customer is responsible for providing Sana with up-to-date contact details. Should the customer's contact details change, they must be emailed to the customer's Service Consultant or Project Manager. This guarantees that Sana Commerce is able to contact the customer about maintenance and disruptions.
  • The customer is aware of and agrees that the Sana server is solely to be used for hosting Sana Commerce.
  • The customer is aware of and agrees that the customer and third parties will not be granted access to the Sana server.
