5. Abuse Regulations

Sana Commerce has the right to deny access to the server in the event of platform abuse by the customer or other (end-)users. Abuse is defined as improper use of the Internet, including but not limited to: spamming, hacking, spreading of content that is in violation with the law, and so forth. In the event that access must be denied, Sana Commerce will notify the customer via the contact details provided. Sana Commerce reserves the right to permanently halt any services and/or end the contract without customer approval in the event that multiple or continuous disturbances occur that can be categorized as abuse.
