Customer Overview

 NOTE

Applies to: Sana 9.3.1 and higher.

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations click: Webshop > Common > Customer overview.

Use the Customer overview window to see all your webshop customers, their data validity and sales transactions from a single place.

Filters

Using Filters, you can:

  • See all your customers for each webshop individually, if you have several webshops.
  • Filter all customers by customer type - B2C, B2B and Guests.

You can also use the filters on the Action Pane Show only invalid and Show only non-indexable to filter all customers by data validity and indexability (special characters that are not allowed). All customers are validated using the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations data validation rules and those specific for Sana configured in the Data Validation Rules table. If customer data is not valid or a customer is non-indexable because of some special characters, you can see the reason of it and fix problems, if necessary.

Customers overview

In the table below, you can see the list of all your webshop customers - their IDs, names, customer type (B2C, B2B or Guest), whether a customer is valid or not, whether a customer is indexable by Sana or not, and when customer data was changed for the last time.

Using the checkbox B2C customer, you can change the customer type from B2C to B2B and vice versa.

You can right-click on the customer record and select View details to open customer details and change them, if necessary, for example if the customer is not valid or not indexable for some reason.

Account details

When you select the customer, you can see his or her Account details, like delivery and sales information.

Using the checkbox Prices include sales tax, you can see whether product prices are shown to the customer including or excluding sales tax in the Sana webshop. This checkbox is editable. Therefore, you can decide whether the customer should see product prices with a sales tax or without.

Sales transactions

Using the Webshop orders group on the Action Pane, you can open any sales documents of the selected customer - quotations, sales orders, packing slips, invoice journals and return orders.
